How quickly will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship the order within 1-3 working days.

Can I track my package?

After ordering you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the specified email address. When the package has been shipped, you will receive the track & trace in addition to an invoice.

Can I return (part of) my order?

Item(s) can be returned within 14 days. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition. If something is not in order upon receipt, Stoere Knapen must be informed of this in writing as soon as possible.

When an item is returned and it falls within the 14-day right of withdrawal, the purchase amount including shipping costs will be credited. The refund will be made within 14 days.

Stoere Knapen is forced to have the customer pay the costs for returning himself. First of all, to make the customer think more consciously about the order.
